How do you help customers make research-informed decisions? By giving them information, of course!
EF Contract wanted some fresh tools for its sales reps to use to make the case for soft surface flooring vs. hard surface flooring. They wanted technical briefs that included statements and facts backed by research.
And they wanted them fast.
So I started researching and writing. With the help of graphic designer Kristi Mueller at 3PLUS Studio, we developed and produced five 2-3 page technical briefs over a 10-week period, releasing one about every two weeks.
The result? Sales reps are now equipped with the research and data to better make the case for soft surface flooring.
